Thank you for shopping at Genesis Clobber. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be requested, and the process for initiating a return.

Refund Eligibility

  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.

Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement

1. Damages due to misuse of product.

2. Scratches or marks on the product.

3. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.

4. Wrong Product.

5. Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers.

6. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

7. Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by our team.

Process for Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Follow the return instructions provided by our customer service team.
Typically the refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving your items. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:
a) NEFT/Bank transfers:It would take 4 working days for it to be deposited into your account.
b) Cheques: It would take 2 working days for it to be mailed to you and may take a few days for the cheque to be delivered at your billing address.
c) Credit/Debit Card or Net-Banking: We process it in 2 working days but it may take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
